You will get to: Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customers vehiclePerforming appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiencyCompleting approved service on customer vehiclesTesting and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturers performance specificationsPerforming scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirementsMaintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basisOperating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe mannerSupporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries
