About this role
Checking guests into the hotel, checking guests out of the hotel, answering multi-line switchboard, processing reservations, checking groups in/out, communicating with housekeeping supervisors and other desk staff. Must have excellent English both verbal and written. Must have knowledge of the area to in order to assist tourists. Post secondary education a requirement or a student currently enrolled in a university/community college program. Must be willing to train 40 hours per week over a 3 - 6 week period.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.75-$17.25 per hour
Education: * AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
