ThermEnergy Heating & Cooling Inc. is expanding, and we're looking for an ambitious *HVAC Sales Representative* to help grow our residential and light commercial business across the GTA.
Whether you have HVAC sales experience or a proven track record in sales and are ready to enter a high-demand industry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
* Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess their heating and cooling needs. * Recommend customized HVAC solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and energy savings. * Prepare professional quotations and proposals. * Follow up with customers and close sales. * Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting. * Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM. * Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For
* Previous sales experience is preferred (HVAC experience is an asset but not required). * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. * Professional, organized, and customer-focused. * Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule. * Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Compensation
* *Ontario minimum wage base pay plus uncapped commission.* * *Most successful representatives earn $80,000?$150,000 annually.* * *Top performers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000 per year.*
Your income is directly tied to your performance?there is no cap on what you can earn.
