We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting where attention to detail and excellent service are valued. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work, especially within hotels or similar environments, is highly preferred.
*Responsibilities*
* Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies * Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms * Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards * Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management * Restock amenities and supplies as needed to ensure guest satisfaction * Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe work environment * Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided * Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization * Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes * Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus * Prior hospitality or custodial experience is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
Pay: From $24.76 per hour
