*Responsibilities*
* Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing guidance and support throughout the transaction process. * Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential clients. * Negotiate offers and contracts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Learn to maintain organized records of transactions, appointments, and client interactions using administrative tools and CRM systems.
*Requirements*
* Valid BC Drivers License * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Passion for real estate and helping clients * Strong drive for customer service * UBC Trading Services Exam - Passed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
