*Requirements:*
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in HVAC and refrigeration * Enrolled in, or willing to enroll in, an HVAC or refrigeration apprenticeship (asset, not required) * Previous construction, mechanical, or trade helper experience is an asset * Willingness to learn and take direction from licensed technicians * Strong work ethic and reliability * Basic verbal and written communication skills * Valid driver?s licence and clean driver?s abstract (preferred) * Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in various job site environments
