About this role
To maintain a high level of quality, service, cleanliness and safety in all areas while preparing and serving food products in accordance with health, safety guidelines and the organization's policies and procedures. Assist Cook on duty to estimate food consumption and requisition food items, if requiredFollow menu, considering leftovers, donated foods, and types of meals to be served.
