As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and demonstrating strong professional leadership across the medical team. You will act as a mentor and supervisor, guiding clinical staff to maintain excellence within designated medical centres. As a Nurse Practitioner, your work will directly impact the well-being of a diverse patient population, requiring a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices, occupational health requirements, and international healthcare standards:
* Upholding the highest standards of clinical care in accordance with the Provincial regulatory body's guidelines and International SOS policies. * Delivering compassionate, professional, and patient-oriented care, ensuring respectful communication and thorough medical assessments for all patients attending the clinic. * Overseeing and mentoring clinical staff, including coordinating annual skills assessments such as basic life support to ensure readiness and competence. * Maintaining accurate, timely, and objective patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and legal requirements. * Prescribing medications within the scope of practice, while advocating for safe and effective pharmaceutical management. * Facilitating continuous medical education by organizing weekly learning sessions and supporting staff participation in these activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. * Leading daily safety briefings focused on relevant industry and clinic-specific health and safety concerns to foster an environment of awareness and prevention. * Developing and maintaining an ongoing training calendar that aligns with organizational goals and clinical competencies. * Preparing staff for emergency situations through coordinated scen
