About this role

*About the Role*

RE/MAX Millennium is seeking a dynamic and experienced *Training & Development Manager* to lead learning initiatives for our real estate and mortgage professionals. This role is designed for someone passionate about coaching, agent success, and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will deliver *on-site training, coaching, and development programs*, working closely with agents and leadership to enhance productivity, compliance, and professional growth across all four office locations.

*Offices:* Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Oakville

*Key Responsibilities*

* Design, deliver, and continuously improve *training programs* for real estate and mortgage agents * Conduct *on-site classroom sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching* across Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, and Oakville offices * Train agents on: * Sales techniques and lead conversion * Client relationship management * Brokerage tools, systems, and CRM platforms * Compliance, documentation, and industry best practices * Support *new agent onboarding*, including structured induction and early performance coaching * Work closely with brokerage leadership to identify *training needs and skill gaps* * Track training effectiveness and agent progress through feedback, performance metrics, and participation reports * Stay current with *real estate and mortgage industry trends, regulations, and best practices* * Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources * Foster a culture of *continuous learning, accountability, and high performance*

*Requirements & Qualifications*

* Proven experience in *Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or Sales Enablement* * Background in *real estate brokerage, mortgage industry, or financial services* is highly preferred * Strong understanding of *agent workflows, sales cycles, and compliance requirements* * Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills * Comfortable delivering training to both *new and experienced professionals* * Willingness and ability to *travel between 4 office locations* on a rotational basis * Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment * Proficient with training tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
