Dental Assistant no experience needed (Chairside)
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. The position is mainly chairside assisting, helping the dentist during procedures and ensuring excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures * Prepare and organize instruments and materials needed for treatments * Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified) * Maintain a clean and sterile environment following infection control protocols * Record treatment information accurately in patient charts * Support with sterilization of instruments and operatory turnover * Assist in maintaining dental supplies and inventory
Requirements:
* No graduation from a dental assistant school required * We can help the right candidate complete the HARP (Dental X-ray Safety) certification and sterilization training course * Good communication and organizational skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work well as part of a team * Previous dental experience is an asset but not mandatory
