You'll be:
* Leading and growing a strong, positive team culture * Driving sales through connection, referrals, and community engagement * Coaching and developing your team to be confident and impactful * Overseeing operations, merchandising, and overall store performance * Bringing energy, accountability, and vision to the business
*We're Looking For Someone Who:*
* Has 3?5 years of retail management experience * Knows how to lead, inspire, and motivate a team * Is driven, organized, and customer-focused * Loves working with people and building relationships * Brings passion, curiosity, and a bit of fun to everything they do
