Role Details:Love to work in a busy manufacturing environment.Show up to work each day ready to work hard and enjoy your day.Drafting and maintaining engineering drawings, product designs, CAD files, Bill of Materials, etc. are maintained to the latest requirements and specificationAssisting in new product development and related documentationCompleting engineering RFCs and issuing ECNs.Resolve manufacturing issues in a timely and effective mannerCarry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materialsWork with suppliers and subcontractors to source and supply components for productionComplete designs and modifications for custom machine requests from customers.Day Shift: Monday to Friday Required Skills:Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma and 2+ years experience3D CAD experience, preferably InventorExperience with ERP softwareStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong mechanical aptitude is mandatoryExperience in metal fabrication, mechanical systems, designAbility to work with little supervision, highly motivatedAbility to be “hands on” to demonstrate processes using tools and large equipment.Agriculture background an assetExcellent communication skills.
