*Responsibilities*
* Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs. * Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their skincare goals, and recommending appropriate products and services. * Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health regulations. * Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions. * Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and guest services. * Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
*Qualifications*
* Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution. * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. * Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, enhancing the overall guest experience. * Knowledge of nail care techniques is a plus but not required. * Ability to perform body waxing with precision and care. * Familiarity with retail sales practices to assist clients in selecting appropriate products for their skincare regimen. * A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of esthetics.
