We are seeking a dedicated and professional *Receptionist* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various clerical tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner * Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed * Schedule and manage appointments * Support and coordinate client check-ins and check-outs * Handle direct billing with insurance companies * Perform accurate data entry to ensure client information is up to date * Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence * Maintain a clean and organized clinic to create a welcoming environment * Manage laundry, including sheets and towels for the clinic
*Schedule & Availability*
* *Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30pm* * *Must have reliable transportation*
*Experience & Qualifications*
* Previous experience in a massage therapy, physiotherapy, or dental clinic is required * Prior experience using *Jane App* is preferred * Proficiency with phone systems and customer service best practices * Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading * Familiarity with clerical tasks and general office procedures * Experience using *Google Suite* or similar software applications is an asset
