Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We?re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has a passion for food, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role plays an important part in maintaining our high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation while contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen culture.
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to Stacked recipes and brand standards * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation * Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients * Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service * Monitor food levels and communicate any shortages or concerns to management * Assist with training and supporting new kitchen team members when needed * Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies
*Qualifications:*
* Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred * Strong understanding of cooking methods and food preparation techniques * Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately * Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Ability to perform well under pressure during busy periods * Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering quality food
