*Duties*
* Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities * Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards * Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress * Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices * Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic operations * Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
*Requirements*
* Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations * Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness treatments * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients * Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach * Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to client needs * Prior experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary * Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with wellness industry standards
