We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable *Finance Manager* to join our *online finance department team*. At Prio Auto Sales, our online finance department is extremely busy year-round. We receive strong daily lead volume from customers across Canada who are looking to purchase a vehicle through our online platform. Customers browse our inventory online, choose the vehicle they want no matter where they are located, and many move forward with purchasing a vehicle that can be delivered to their home. This is *not a remote position*. This is an in-store role within a high-volume online finance department that operates at a fast pace every day.
This is not a slow seasonal position. Our business continues year-round because we serve not only local customers, but customers from all across the country.
The ideal candidate must hold a *valid OMVIC license* and have a minimum of *1 year of proven experience in automotive financing*. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a high volume of online finance customers, working with both *Prime and Subprime customers*, and closing vehicle sales with customers from across Canada. Strong computer skills and experience with *Dealertrack* are required.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and close finance deals generated through our online inventory by customers across Canada * Handle a high volume of daily online leads in a fast-paced finance department * Assist customers who inquire through our online platform and help guide them through the vehicle purchase process * Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and providing professional, accurate, and transparent service * Match customers with suitable financing options based on lender programs, approval strength, and current lending requirements * Work confidently and efficiently with both Prime and Subprime files * Follow up promptly with customers by phone, email, and text message * Provide clear and accurate information about vehicles, financing options, and next steps in the purchase process * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and securely manage all required documentation * Demonstrate strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills while working under pressure * Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with OMVIC, MVDA, and company policies * Use Dealertrack and other financing tools effectively to structure and process deals
