*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence.
*Responsibilities*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets * Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share in assigned territories * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills * Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable * Proficiency with CRM software with marketing strategies * Analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities * Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
