*RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:*
* *Great focus on and specialize providing service to Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients* * *Assessing and developing treatment plans according to patient?s physical injuries, abilities and needs* * *Prepare Auto Insurance Claims Forms appropriately and accordingly, (OCF Forms ? OCF 3, OCF 23 MIG, OCF 18, OCF 24 etc)· Implementing programs including exercise, manipulations, therapeutic and education* * *Knowledge of and experience with modalities ? IFC and ultrasound* * *Complete reports and documents when necessary (progress reports, discharge reports, statutory declaration upon request by Insurance co.)* * *Sales in custom orthotics, compression and sock / hosiery*
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* *Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontari* * *Great knowledge of FSCO insurance procedures (MVA, EHC, & WSIB)* * *Understanding in *_*Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule *_ *(SABS) rules and regulations* * *Able to utilize Clinic Software - Universal (Antibex)* * *Available to provide service at scheduled locations in North York and / Brampton* * *Excellent organizational and time management skills* * *Good communication skills (written & verbal)*
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
