We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring the smooth operation of their designated station. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary expertise within a professional restaurant environment, contributing to exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

*Duties*

* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. * Oversee food preparation and presentation within your assigned section, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. * Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods. * Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and maintain a cohesive work environment. * Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate needs for replenishment to ensure smooth kitchen operations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

*Requirements*

* Previous kitchen experience required * CDP or strong line cook experience preferred * Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen * Good knife skills and station organization * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $20.00-$27.83 per hour

Education: * AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience: * CDP: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification: * Food Safety Certification (preferred)
