What We?re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of serving experience * Smart Serve certified (must be valid and up to date) * Positive attitude with strong communication skills * Ability to work well as part of a team * Friendly, confident, and customer-focused * Comfortable using POS systems and handling orders accurately * Punctual, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve guests promptly, professionally, and with warmth * Communicate and coordinate with team members * Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently * Provide menu knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations * Ensure your section is clean, organized, and guest-ready * Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines * Support teammates and step in when needed during busy times * Perform daily checklists
