*About the Role*
We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused *Ultrasound Technologist with Musculoskeletal (MSK) expertise* to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging, with a strong emphasis on MSK ultrasound, in accordance with *CMRITO standards of practice*.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform a full range of *diagnostic ultrasound examinations*, with a focus on *musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging* * Produce high-quality, diagnostic images to assist physicians in accurate interpretation and care planning * Ensure exams are conducted in accordance with *CMRITO guidelines, standards of practice, and code of ethics* * Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures with professionalism and care * Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and allied healthcare professionals
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* *Active registration in good standing with CMRITO* (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario) ? _required_ * *Demonstrated experience in MSK ultrasound ? required* * Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program * Credentials such as *ARDMS (RDMS)* or *Sonography Canada (CRGS)* considered an asset * Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathology, and ultrasound protocols * Excellent communication, patient care, and organizational skills * Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
