We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Eggs Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking eggs and other breakfast items to meet high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires a passion for food preparation, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to food safety. The Breakfast Eggs Cook will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient breakfast service experience for our guests.
*Duties*
* Prepare and cook eggs according to specified recipes and customer preferences, ensuring consistency and quality * Assist in food preparation for breakfast service, including handling ingredients and assembling dishes * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards * Serve breakfast items promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring excellent food service experience * Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene during meal preparation * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients needed for breakfast items and notify management of shortages * Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including meal prep and cleaning tasks
*Experience*
* Previous experience in food preparation or cooking, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment * Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques * Experience with serving breakfast or working in a kitchen setting is highly desirable * Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality control * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
