About this role
* Responsible for setting up, stocking and maintaining breakfast room and kitchen * Prepare food for breakfast including in using a convection oven * Greet guests in a friendly manner * Answer guest questions * Assist guests in use of breakfast equipment if needed * Communicates all guest concerns to management * Maintain cleanliness of serving area; including wiping, sweeping and mopping. * Clear and clean tables and chairs * Wash and store any dishes and utensils * Sweeps, vacuums, and mops kitchen and dining room floor * Responsible for the removal of all waste and recycling to proper disposal areas * Ensures the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals * Takes every reasonable precaution to protect own health and safety and the health and safety of other persons at or near the workplace * Follows safety and food handling practices * Completes additional food service or catering duties as assigned by management
