Victoria Park is an Assisted Living facility with 81 assisted suites We are seeking an experienced and RELIABLE cook to provide all meals and snacks for the residents. REQUIREMENTS:Prepare and cook vegetables, meats, sauces, soups, desserts for meals and snacksPrepare special dietsSelect recipe/diet alterationsReview diet requests, reads menus, recipes, food preparation methods and determines quantities of ingredientsPrioritize food preparation and cooking tasksBake.Ensure Quality Control of food productionMonitor food production and service standards,Ensure and perform temperature audits on food and equipment.QUALIFICATION,Experience in LTC/Assisted Living an assetFood Safety Certificate.
