We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and supporting various accounting functions using a range of accounting software. *Responsibilities*
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections * Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, and UltiPro * Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial statements and reports * Support payroll processing through systems like ADP, Kronos, and Workday * Assist with bookkeeping tasks including ledger management and journal entries * Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly * Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities * Conduct account analysis to support financial decision-making * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all accounting activities
*Experience*
* Proven experience working with various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, or similar platforms * Strong background in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and data entry within a financial services environment * Experience managing accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll functions * Demonstrated ability to perform account analysis and support budgeting efforts * Excellent math skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and reporting * Prior experience in a professional accounting role is preferred; internship experience will also be considered beneficial * Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential for success in this position
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
