*Who we are looking for:*34th Street Bar & Grill is searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Brandon. This position will require high visibility and the desire to interact with employees and guests while performing floor shifts. Only candidates with a positive customer service attitude will
be considered. Successful candidate will have one to two years of restaurant experience and must be available for days, evenings and weekends.
*What you will learn:*You will learn a full working knowledge of the Squirrel POS System. Successful applicants will learn how to schedule employees and how to count and verify liquor inventory. Successful applicant will learn to open and close the restaurant. Candidate will attend department and management meetings, as well as professional development courses and workshops.
*Position Summary:*Through the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, oversee and support the daily operations of the restaurant and lounge by promoting and providing consistent quality through co-ordination of superior customer and food service activities. Monitor and provide guidance for employees, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being enforced.

Pay: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
