We are is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee and optimize daily office operations. This leadership role requires a proactive professional who can manage administrative processes, support customer service operations, coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments, and ensure efficient workflow throughout the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage all daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization. * Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow between office and warehouse teams. * Manage customer communication, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries via email and phone. * Oversee order processing, invoicing, and documentation related to sales and shipments. * Coordinate closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping operations. * Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and administrative systems. * Monitor performance of administrative processes and implement improvements when needed. * Maintain accurate business records, reports, and internal documentation. * Assist with conflict resolution and customer service issues when escalated. * Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and general office resources. * Support management with reporting, operational planning, and process improvements. * EBAY EXPERIENCE , WOOCOMERCE EXPERIENCE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPERIENCE
*Qualifications:*

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
