About the Role: Vitacore is looking for a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager to help commercialize some of Canada?s most innovative medical technologies.
Your primary focus will be growing our newly launched custom CPAP mask platform, building relationships with sleep clinics, respiratory therapists, healthcare providers, distributors, and strategic partners across North America.
Unlike a traditional medical device sales role, you?ll also have the opportunity to support commercialization of future technologies emerging from Vitacore?s R&D pipeline. This may include helping launch entirely new products, developing strategic partnerships, or presenting early-stage innovations to investors, government organizations, and commercialization partners.

Responsibilities include:
• Drive commercial growth of Vitacore?s custom CPAP mask platform. • Build relationships with sleep clinics, respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare organizations. • Identify new business opportunities across Canadian and international markets. • Lead the sales process from prospecting through implementation. • Develop strategic partnerships that support long-term commercialization. • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Leadership during product launches. • Gather customer feedback to help shape future product development. • Support commercialization of future medical technologies developed by Vitacore. • Where appropriate, assist with presentations to investors, commercialization partners, government organizations, and strategic stakeholders. • Represent Vitacore at conferences, industry events, and trade shows. • Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 7+ years of business development or strategic sales experience. • Proven success developing new business and growing key accounts.
• Experience selling into one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
• Medical devices (strongly preferred) • Sleep medicine • Respiratory care • CPAP or DME • Healthcare • Hospital • Health Authorities • Clinics • Government • B2B healthcare
• Bonus experience:
• Commercializing new medical technologies. • Launching new products. • Venture capital or commercialization experience. • Startup or high-growth companies.
