We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. *Duties*
* Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common spaces * Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment * Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed * Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during cleaning tasks * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly * Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service * Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
*Experience*
* Custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for new hires * Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role * Prior experience in similar environments will be considered an asset but is not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
