Experienced Hardscape & Stonework Crew Lead
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hardscape & Stonework professional to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with others, and is capable of leading a crew when needed.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and supervising a hardscape crew. * Installing interlocking pavers and brick paving. * Site preparation, including grading and screeding. * Measuring, marking, and cutting pavers and stone. * Installing large-format porcelain/concrete pavers and tile. * Concrete installation and finishing. * Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in hardscape and stone installation. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented. * Valid driver?s licence and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
