We are a friendly, full-service dental clinic with two experienced dentists and a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We offer a comprehensive range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, endodontic, orthodontic, periodontal, pediatric, prosthodontic, oral surgery, TMD management, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
We are currently seeking a *Part-Time Dental Assistant* to join our team. *Experience is an asset but not required*?we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
* Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures. * Prepare treatment rooms and instruments. * Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols. * Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment. * Assist with patient care and ensure a positive patient experience. * Support front desk duties as needed, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls. * Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Valid BC Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) licence and current registration with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) are required. * Previous dental experience is an asset but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
