*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software tools. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily functions, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not required. *Responsibilities*
* Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy * Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed * Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents * Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars * Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards * Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping * Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution * Handle administrative tasks related to medical or dental office operations if applicable * Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience with office administration or clerical roles; experience in medical or dental offices is advantageous * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools * Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred * Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly * Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail * Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience * Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently under deadlines * Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is desirable * Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
