We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician Journeyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive electrical expertise, including industrial and construction experience, and , maintenance, and troubleshooting. *Duties*
* Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems. * Perform wiring, conduit installation, and termination for industrial equipment and building infrastructure. * Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify faults in circuits or systems.. * Conduct renovations or upgrades of existing electrical systems in compliance with safety standards and codes. * Work with low voltage systems such as security alarms, communication networks, and control wiring. * Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and system modifications. * Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry best practices to prevent hazards or downtime. * Assist with general handyman tasks related to electrical projects as needed.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar construction or renovation role. * Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment. * Familiarity with low voltage wiring, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and automation controls. * Experience working on renovation projects involving existing infrastructure upgrades or modifications. * Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately. * Prior experience in troubleshooting electrical issues efficiently in industrial or commercial settings is highly desirable.
This position requires a qualified electrician who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team on diverse electrical projects across multiple environments.
Pay: $28.67-$40.00 per hour
