Qualifications: -Grade 12 or equivalent diploma-2-3 years related experience-Office Administration Certificate/Diploma-Computer knowledge in word processing, spreadsheet and database or Human Resources Information Systems software Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Employee file records management-Assist payroll with preparation and reconciliation of final payment statements, T4 preparation, ROE processing and submission-Admin support for non-teaching employee benefit plans-Supports the coordination of the Municipal Employee Pension Plan (MEPP) through data collection and entry of all enrollment, termination, and resignation notices for all non-teaching employees-Provides general administrative support to HR and Payroll-Data Entry-Provide coverage for the receptionist as required-Performs other duties as required For more information on this position, please contact the Human Resources Department at 306-425-3302 or visit our website atnlsd113.ca.
