_*Sous Chef:*_
* Manage the daily operation of the kitchen under the direction and absence of the Chef * Maintain a guest focus while providing East Coast Hospitality * Assume 100% responsibility of the quality of food and the dishes being prepared (100% responsibility / 0 excuses) * Assist the Chef in hiring, development and coaching of new team members * Maintain personnel files, on-board & train new employees about our company policies, food safety standards & kitchen procedures * Responsible for placing all food orders in accordance with pars set by Chef. * Communicate with FOH & prep team to ensure all essential items are ordered and delivered on time * Build a schedule for BOH team while maintaining labor targets and goals * Monitor all checklists and quality assurance documents and ensure their daily completion and adherence

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
