Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort is looking for a full-time or part-time Front Desk Agent (also known as a Guest Services Agent).

*Duties & Responsibilities*
* Provides courteous and professional guest services * Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels * Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk * Handles guest accounts * Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay * Operates the telephone console * Processes reservation and cancellation requests * Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager
*What does an ideal candidate look like?*
* Excellent communication and customer service skills * Front desk experience is an asset but NOT required * Must be willing to get Basic First Aid * Available to work evenings and weekends * *Must be legally entitled to work in Canada*
Pay: $19.00 per hour
