McNabb Management - Housekeeping is a growing vacation rental property management company specializing in providing exceptional guest experiences throughout the Niagara Region. We take pride in maintaining beautiful vacation homes to the highest standards, and we are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team immediately for the remainder of our busy summer season.

Position Details

* Immediate start available * Seasonal employment through September * $19.00 per hour * Day shifts only * Weekend work required * *Applicants MUST be available every Sunday and Monday* * Additional weekday shifts available based on occupancy

Responsibilities

As a Vacation Rental Housekeeper, you will be responsible for preparing homes to hotel-quality standards before each guest arrival.

Duties include:

* Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces * Making beds to company standards * Vacuuming and washing floors * Dusting all furniture and surfaces * Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass doors * Sanitizing high-touch areas * Cleaning and preparing outdoor spaces including patio furniture when required * Reporting maintenance concerns or damaged items * Ensuring every property is guest-ready within scheduled timelines * Following company cleaning checklists and quality standards using the ap Breezeway * Taking pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

Successful applicants must have:

* *Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience (required)* * *Fluent English (spoken and written)* * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable transportation to various properties throughout the Niagara Region * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs * Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and remain physically active throughout the day * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * Reliability and punctuality * Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience cleaning vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, or residential homes * Experience working within scheduled cleaning times * Comfortable using smartphones to complete checklists and communicate with supervisors
