The roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Account's receivable reconciliation & maintenance including monthly progress billing processes.- Account's payable reconciliation & maintenance including monthly vendor bill payment processes.- Preparing and maintaining all Payroll records processing bi-weekly direct deposits, Maintaining Group Benefits, Records of Employment and year end T4's.- Updating maintaining and preparing 1/4ly reports for Bank, GST and PST.- Assist in year end preparation, collaborate with outside accounting team as required. Experience - Proven work experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, payroll, month and year end procedures, financial auditing. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office - Word/Excel & Outlook. Previous accounting courses would be an asset. **Benefit Package Available** **Must have own transportation as we are located 15 minutes outside of Regina - towards Lumsden**
