Experience & Track Record
? Proven experience as part of the core project management team for large, multi-year system integration programs with 25+ downstream systems and 50+ resources.
Skill and Toolset Competencies
? Advanced proficiency in maintaining detailed, fully integrated project plans (dependencies, critical path, milestones) using MS Project.
? Advanced working knowledge of JIRA (backlog management, workflow tracking, dashboards, reporting).
? Proficiency with Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and maintaining project artifacts.
? Strong Excel skills (data analysis, tracking logs, reporting models).
? Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive communications and status reporting.
? RAID log management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) with clear tracking, escalation, and resolution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead and facilitate daily Scrum/stand-up sessions with cross-functional teams.
? Monitor testing progress, coordinate test cycles, and manage defect triage processes across multiple teams.
? Maintain integrated project plans and track dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
? Manage RAID logs, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and resolution of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
? Produce executive-level status reports and detailed operational reports for delivery teams.
? Coordinate with large, distributed teams to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
? Maintain project documentation, knowledge repositories, and audit trails using Confluence.
? Support Agile and waterfall delivery practices while ensuring structured project governance.

? Ability to produce executive-level status reports (clear, concise, outcome-focused) and detailed operational reports for delivery teams.
? Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor messaging to executive and working-level audiences.
? Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across large, distributed teams (~60 participants).
