About this role
We are seeking several Mobile Forklift Technicians to perform onsite repairs at our customers facilities across the GTA. Technicians will service various lift trucks from manufacturers such as Raymond, Crown, Yale, Hyster, CAT, Case, JLG, Linde, Toyota, HELI, Nissan, Doosan and Mitsubishi .
Technicians will be provided with a company service truck that they will take home, gas card, cell phone, and tablet.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Should have 3 years? experience repairing and servicing industrial lift trucks.
• Possess a working knowledge of computers and computer software.
• Must abide by all company health and safety policies.
• Maintain all documentation regarding repairs and maintain and parts inventory.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Should be self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Must have a valid G class driver?s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have your own set of tools.
• The successful Technician will submit to a pre-employment background check.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintenance and repair of equipment may include:
• Adjust, repair or replace mechanical or electrical system parts
• Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance
• Perform scheduled maintenance and service
• Inspect and test engines to diagnose and isolate faults
• Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
• Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment
