Job Summary:This role will lead the execution of a high-end executive engagement program. You will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring a seamless, premium experience for senior attendees. The position requires strong business marketing skills with an emphasis on project execution and creative feedback. Key Responsibilities: 	 • Manage daily operations of a flagship executive program.	 • Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and internal communication.	 • Ensure alignment among internal departments and external associates.	 • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to maintain momentum.	 • Orchestrate core program components for an exceptional executive experience. Must-Have Skills: 	 • Proven ability to manage complex projects independently.	 • Experience creating upscale experiences for executive audiences.	 • Strong understanding of business marketing principles. Candidates should possess experience in business marketing or integrated marketing, with a demonstrated track record of delivering sophisticated experiences for senior business leaders.
