* Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. * Collaborate with mental health professionals to deliver integrated care. * Administer medications and monitor patient progress. * Support clients through various stages of mental health treatment. * Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner. * Educate clients about treatment options and health management. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. * *Qualifications* * Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario. * Proven experience in patient care, medication administration, and nursing practices. * Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare protocols. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Compassionate approach to patient-centered care.
