We?re looking for a reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with steady work during peak season. Hours may vary during slower periods, but we aim to provide consistent year-round opportunities for the right person.
*What We Offer:*
* $45/hour for licensed Journeymen * Modest commission on sales * On-call rotation during peak season (with additional pay) * Benefits package * Monday to Friday schedule (hours can vary by season) * Paid lunch break * Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow
*What We?re Looking For:*
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Reliable and punctual * Eager to learn and willing to cross-train between trades * Comfortable with both HVAC installations and service work * Good communication skills and professional appearance
*Requirements:*
* Red Seal or equivalent HVAC certification * Experience with furnace, A/C, and heat pump installation and repair * Ability to perform estimates and present options to customers (training available if needed) * Comfortable using mobile apps and technology * Valid Class 5 driver?s license with a clean driving abstract * Fireplace installation experience is an asset
