* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. * Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. * Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit card payments. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking merchandise as necessary. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. * Stay informed about new products and technology trends to effectively communicate with customers. * Ready to do cleaning, lifting and physical jobs
*Qualifications*
* Previous one year experience in retail or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. * Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping others succeed in finding the right products for their needs.
