We are seeking a dependable General Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience . *Responsibilities*
* Forklift operation (certification) experiance would be an asset but not a deal breaker. * Assist with order picking, packaging, and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely shipment of products * Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas while adhering to safety protocols * Support warehouse distribution activities by ensuring proper storage and handling of goods * Follow safety guidelines to identify potential hazards around warehouse operations and report issues promptly
*Qualifications*
* Prior warehouse experience is preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AS400 is a plus * Experience operating a 5000lb forklift, is highly desirable * Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is advantageous for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks * Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout shifts * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order processing * Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and safety protocols in a warehouse setting * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards * Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or construction work is beneficial * Willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations and equipment handling
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
