About this role

*Job Summary* Local private office seeking a reliable Part-Time Accounting Assistant for general accounting duties.

*Responsibilities:*

* Accounts payable and accounts receivable * Bank and credit card reconciliations * Data entry and filing * Preparation of reports and spreadsheets * General office administration

*Qualifications:*

* Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Flexible part-time hours. Competitive compensation based on experience.
