About this role
*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team from *September* in our before/ after school care program working with School Aged Children (5 - 10 years old children). The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children to create a nurturing and safe environment.
*Duties* - Plan activities that meet the individual needs of each child - Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow - Communicate effectively with parents
*Requirements* - Early Childhood Educator Assistant Certificate
- Clear Criminal Record Check, 3 references, Emergency Child Care First Aid - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting - Strong communication skills - Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Be familiar with the early learning framework and able to implement in the program
*Location:* 1760 Paddock Dr, Coquitlam, BC (Please do not go to the school)
*Hours: *7 - 9 am & 2:15 - 5:30 pm (school days)
*Wage*: $20 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Licence/Certification: * Early Childhood Assistant Certificate (required)
