Shift: Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM ? 3:00 AM
Almita Piling Inc. is looking for a Welder to join our Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for fitting, welding, and finishing steel components used in helical pile manufacturing while maintaining quality and safety standards.
*What You?ll Do*
* Fit, tack, and weld steel components to specifications * Read and interpret drawings and work orders * Perform FCAW and MCAW welding * Use shop tools and equipment including grinders, saws, cranes, and fixtures * Complete basic inspections and maintain weld quality standards * Work closely with Operators, Labourers, Supervisors, and Weld Inspectors * Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
*What We?re Looking For*
* Registered Journeyman Welder * Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or shop experience * Experience with FCAW and MCAW welding processes * Ability to read drawings and understand weld symbols * Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Manufacturing/shop environment * Overtime may be required based on operational needs * PPE required at all times * Physically demanding role including lifting, standing, bending, and working in varying temperatures
