About this role
*About the Role:* We are currently seeking a compassionate, experienced *Registered Social Worker (RSW)* with a strong clinical background in *psychotherapy* to work with individuals who have been involved in *motor vehicle accidents (MVAs)*. This role focuses on helping clients navigate the emotional, psychological, and practical challenges that arise after traumatic accidents.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct initial intake assessments for new clients, evaluate their needs and presenting concerns, and recommend appropriate services and therapists based on clinical needs, treatment goals, and available programs * Provide individual (virtual and in-person) psychotherapy sessions to clients recovering from MVAs * Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments * Provide social work services, including psychosocial support, resource navigation, community referrals, advocacy, and assistance accessing appropriate community programs and supports. * Develop and implement tailored treatment plans * Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed * Support clients in navigating insurance and rehabilitation systems
*Qualifications:*
* Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers * Authorized to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy * *Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, with a focus on trauma or MVA-related cases* * Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills * Experience working with third-party insurers and familiarity with HCAI is considered an asset * Arabic Speaking is considered an asset.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
